Interval Training

Interval training is a great way to maximize your workout.  Not only do you burn more calories, but because of the minimal time factor involved you will find time to exercise. 

Interval training is any form of physical activity in which you workout at a high intensity for a short amount of time and then you bring it back down to low intensity.  You continue these intervals throughout the entire workout. 

Here are some benefits to interval training:

1.  It will speed up your workout, because with the short bursts you burn more calories in a shorter amount of time.  This can make it much  easier to burn off extra fat.  It keeps your metabolism higher and you will continually burn calories even post-workout.
