Interval Training

Interval training is a great way to maximize your workout.  Not only do you burn more calories, but because of the minimal time factor involved you will find time to exercise. 

Interval training is any form of physical activity in which you workout at a high intensity for a short amount of time and then you bring it back down to low intensity.  You continue these intervals throughout the entire workout.
